My Spitfire

For all of you who 'ooohed' and 'awwwed' over Ruby's sweet angelic pictures a few days ago, you will enjoy these! Now THIS is my sweet precious little girl... she LOVES to be naked, and if left in just a diaper for even a few seconds, she will remove her diaper as you can see! She may be my little girl, but she is already my little tomboy! And sorry for the disaster around her... we've literally been LIVING in the living room the past several days since Noah has been sick.

Noah has been very sick the past few days and spent most of the time on our snuggler sleeping and watching wall-e. He is such a sweetheart and whenever he would ask for something, he would so sweetly still say please. Then when I'd bring it to him, he would say, 'thank you, mommy, for the ___. I love you.' It made me melt every time. This picture was taken on one of his sicker days, when he hadn't eaten all day and finally decided he wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I brought it to him and went to make sis one, and by the time I walked back into the room, he had fallen asleep before taking one bite. He was just so sick. :( His face and ear are that red because he had a high fever for three days. Thankfully, his fever started coming down this morning and he's starting to feel better. I love my precious little guy.

I'll apologize beforehand for two things: the number of pictures on this post, and her bow in her hair. :) I couldn't believe how great these turned out, and had trouble picking out just a few favorites. (and these aren't all I took!) As for the bow, she kept yanking it out like the tomboy I think she's going to be, so I gave up and stuck in the middle to make it harder for her to reach. :) We love our little girl and enjoy seeing her grow up!

She sleeps with her head smashed up against the crib bumper. Now that she has hair, this is usually how her hair looks when she wakes up. :)

Bryan and Brian's Surprise Party

Here are a TON of pics from Bryan's 30th Birthday party a few weeks ago! They are all out of order and such, but I didn't feel like trying to organize all of them since there were so many! We had a great time with friends and family and especially sharing the night with Brian for his 40th birthday! :) It was a great night and both guys were VERY surprised! :)
