drive in

noah is feeling much much better! he carried the high fever for three days, and when it finally broke he was as good as new...except for the cough. he has to continue the breathing treatments a few more days, but he's getting better with them. we took him to his first drive-in movie last night to see pirates 3. no, no pics...the camera is still broken. we had a great time playing, eating, and he actually stayed awake for most of the movie! today we're going to a bunch of open houses. i love this weather!

sick baby

please pray for noah as he is very very sick. we're having a very hard time keeping his fever below 103 even with medicine. he's also on breathing treatments again and doesn't like them at all. the bronchiolitis is finally breaking up, but now he has this new sickness. pray his fever breaks soon and that he will be back to his old happy self very soon.

broken camera

well, the reason i haven't been posting any pics lately is because our camera has officially died. not good when your kid is starting to let go and practice walking on his own!! so hopefully in the next few weeks it will be replaced. i have been taking pictures with my old 'film' camera, ha ha, but getting them on here obviously isn't happening. but i will put his 9 month pics we got taken...yeah, they're a little late, but i figured i need to change his profile pic since now he has 6 teeth and in the other pic he has 0! so i may not post too much the next few weeks, but i'm sure when the camera is replaced there'll be tons like usual!

Lots of Fun!

Just some pictures of the last few weeks. we've been outside a lot and noah's been learning so much! the video is him with the cat's toy. he loves to play with the cat's toys, empty cups or lids, and his all time favorite, shoes with shoestrings!! no more buying toys!! haha i hope you like them! oh and in the second picture of him and i you can see his new top teeth that are coming in! (under the snot that is!) =)

10 Months Old!

so noah is ten months old today! the last few weeks have been crazy busy with him learning so much all of a sudden! he is getting in four new teeth, can say kitty and ducky (still no mama or dada), claps, gives high fives, waves hi and bye, barks (yes, when the dogs bark he joins in), speed crawls, cruises, (and has even practiced a little letting go)...and i'm sure i've forgotten something. he's into everything and has already had his taste of several untasty objects, (such as cat food). he eats anything, but loves to feed himself. his favorites are puffs, hummus sandwiches, avocado, and green beans. he drinks mostly from a sippy cup now and we're planning on pitching the bottle before his birthday. he's still just the happiest baby in the world and we love him so much! i can't believe he's ten months already!!

Southern Style Eatin'!

So once or twice a year we get together at aunt flo's and uncle garry's for a good old crab boil! no one ever believes how much food they fix, so this time i took pictures! tons of crab legs and shrimp, almost thirty steaks, and i didn't count the potatoes or other food we had! oh man, talk about good! we pack the house with people and just dig in... we love the eatin' and we love the family time! can't wait til the next one!

Easter 2007

I just realized I never put his first Easter pics on here! So here are a bunch. We started the weekend by taking him shoe shopping for his first pair of shoes! When we put them on and stood him up he started dancing! Then we dyed eggs, but couldn't go to the real egg hunt (because it was snowing in michigan!!) so we had a plastic egg hunt in the living room. Grandma Wilma helped him hunt eggs and put them into his adorable bunny basket. Then he opened gifts from her (clothes and such) and spent a while playing with Colin. The night ended with him spending 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get the grass off of his hands! He looked so handsome going to church in his suit and new shoes!

These are some pics from the sunken gardens in nashville. I love some of these! but the sun was shining really brightly so we don't have a lot of smiley faces, but i love seeing him explore! he had fun!

Nashville ~ Part One

So we spent the week in Nashville and had a wonderful time! I got to see my best friend since kindergarten, Faith, and her family! We haven't seen them in almost seven years, and had never met the kids (but have tons of pics!!). Faith and I faithfully write snail mail still, sharing our lives and pictures! It was so neat to spend time with them and for me to spend time with her. Her youngest, Corbin, is almost two and absolutely hilarious! He has such a contagious giggle and Noah just loved him. Corbin loved to get his picture taken and every time I had the camera out he would say 'cheese' and just grin! So there are many of him on here (and on my camera phone which he loved too!). Teagan is a sweet little angel and Weston is already quite the gentleman at six! Lots more to come soon!

I have taken over 200 pictures in the last week alone!! no, i won't put them all on here, but i have so many that i want to show off! We had a super spring break and went to Michigan for a few days, then Nashville, Tennessee for the week, stopping by Cinci on the way home to visit cousin corbin. i'm sure it will take me a few days to put everything on here that i want so i'll just post one of my favorite pics of noah we took at the sunken gardens in nashville.

A new cousin!

This is Alexander Michael Lynn! He is my new 2nd cousin and Noah's new 3rd cousin! We're praying he gets out of the hospital soon because we can't wait to play with him! He's now off all the oxygen and tubes and only on the monitors! I need some new pictures of him! (hint hint grandma flo!) They're calling him Xander for short! I love it!

Fun time pics

Just some fun pics of little guy from the past few weeks. He now eats mostly table food and loves to feed himself. He still only has 2 teeth, but he can eat anything! He's very good at going backwards (and quite quickly!), but he's just now starting to get the forward thing. He loves to pull up and stand and play and cruise on whatever he can. Miss Kristi gave him the little piano and he loves it! He plays and plays on it, and sings! I crack up! And thank you to little Cayden for the exersaucer. He's almost too big for it, but loves to play with it! (Cayden is the little girl that's loving on him in a past post!)

this is a very loud video in case you have your sound on! the pool was packed and noah was fascinated by everyone screaming and splashing around him and it was hard to get him to focus on the camera! it took him about half hour to get used to the pool then he loved it!

Catching up!

well, after a few days of trying to figure what was wrong with my posting, i think i have it fixed! i know i've gotten really behind on pics so there are a ton under this, including his 8 months, park pics, and swimming at deer creek. i took bryan there for the weekend for his birthday since he's been working and gone so much. the three of us had a super time! look how skinny bryan is now! (he's lost 63 pounds since october!!). we had a wonderful time just relaxing and being together. hopefully i'll get back into posting more often. sorry mom!

A Busy Weekend

We had a very busy weekend! on friday, noah and i went to michigan for my high school homecoming! since he is really into kitties right now, he fell in love with the cougar mascot! i thought he might get scared but he giggled and loved petting it! then we came home saturday night, and went to cinci after church on sunday to see corbin! noah just grinned at him and kept wanting to pet him like he does our animals! it was cute! and corbin is an adorable doll baby! uncle bryan wouldn't let him go!

i also put some other ham pictures of him...he just loves the camera! and i know it looks like all he eats is junk (white castle, girl scout cookies) but he really only gets a bite long enough for some pictures! he's actually a big veggie boy!
