i know it's been a month, but here are the pics from noah's first osu vs. michigan game! notice he's dressed half and half...and was equally influenced by both mom and dad during the game. poor thing, he'll probably turn out to be a penn state fan!

well, in the last week or so i turned 29, we celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary, and noah turned 5 months. and today i finally got my computer desk 90% organized and the computers all situated so i was able to put more pics on here! i've got a bunch lined up! i hope you enjoy them!

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!

yes, yes, happy 29th birthday to me!

we spent yesterday in amish country... i love it there! we decorated a cookie for noah, took him on his first train ride, roasted hot dogs, sampled a ton of cheese at the amish cheese factory and just enjoyed the beautiful scenery!

bryan had to work all day today, but noah and i are meeting him at 915 for dinner at the Japanese Steak House... sushi, steak, and fun... yum!

today

i know, i haven't put pics on here in a few days. it just takes so long since both computers are messed up. they'll be here soon enough.

noah is doing great. he's had a rough past few days ever since he got his shots. they said he would react the same way as the first time, and they didn't bother him at all. but for some reason this time it did. but he's getting back to more normal. he now sleeps 12 hours during the night, only waking up once after 6-7 hours. it's nice, but i still wake up several times a night to check on him since i'm not used to it!

bryan had to work 12 hours today! he still won't be home for another hour and a half. i spent the day cleaning. i actually felt like cleaning all day, which doesn't usually happen, so i did. i got some of my decorations out for thanksgiving. bryan's gonna get the rest of them out tomorrow.

tomorrow is friends and family day at sears, which means we get a bigger discount than normal because bryan works there. we're gonna go get noah a christmas outfit. bryan said they got some really cute outfits in this week.

wow, i've written a ton! i guess it's because i haven't talked to anyone all day! (that can talk back that is!).

4 months

today noah turned 4 months old! he went to the doctor and weighs 16 and a half pounds exactly and is 27 1/2 inches! he is very healthy and is doing everything he should be and then some. he got his shots as well, but he did okay with them. the doctor told us to start him on veggies, so we gave him his first carrots tonight. i thought he would hate them, but he LOVED them! he makes faces with rice cereal, but not with the carrots! i'll get the video of him eating them on here soon!

went and voted today and then when to the church for the blood drive and gave blood. a ton of kids called off sick tonight so i got the night off of work. it was nice to spend time with my honey!

speaking of, i'm gonna go find my two handsomes now...

first halloween

happy halloween!

i hope everyone had a good halloween tonight! we carved our pumpkins, baked the seeds, and passed out candy to the few who came around despite the rain! noah slept the whole time we carved pumpkins, and bryan is sick again... so i guess i carved them, but we still had a good night. bryan didn't go to school today and spent most of the day in bed. the dr. said his pneumonia/bronchitis is back, along with a sinus infection now. noah is still sick as well and is sleeping more now than he did as a newborn. pray for us!

look what i did!

He rolled over all by himself last night! He was 15 weeks and 3 days! It's the first time he's tried to roll all the way over and after quite a few minutes he did it! Yay!

i know it's faded (camera problems) but it's still cute. it's just for grandma because i know she misses him being so far away!

another boy!

well, we spent today in cinci with bryan's brother mike and his girlfriend bobbi. we went to her ultrasound appointment to see what she's having and it's a boy! Corbin Michael! and yes, Corbin is after Corbin, Kentucky! bobbi's family is from there and her grandparents are buried there. i think it's cute!

noah did well being passed around with grandma and grandpa there as well as uncle mike and bobbie and great uncle forest great aunt sue and second cousin mike! he fell asleep within minutes of being in the car and didn't even wake up when i put him in his bed! he is worn out!

i'm gonna try to put another video on here tomorrow. it just takes too long and i'm too tired tonight!

i think we're going to take him to circleville tomorrow for the pumpkin festival thingy. bryan doesn't work til the afternoon so we're trying to decide!

rainy day

well, now i've figured out how to put video and pics on here as well as how to let people comment. and it didn't take me hours to figure it out! i think i like this blog! the only problem is i have to use the desktop to put the pics on and it takes FOREVER!! but i'll try to put some on at least once a week.

bryan's finally starting to feel better. the bronchitis seems to be gone and almost all the pneumonia. thankfully noah didn't get sick!

oh i had asked you to pray for my friend crystal and her baby. well they had scheduled a c-section for tomorrow, but she went into labor sunday so they did an emergency c-section and all is fine! baby girl is healthy and all is well. i'm not sure how to spell her name...calliandra myra. i'll change it when i find out.

today is a good day to bake... it's cold rainy and windy... brownies it is!

another day

wow, i do not feel like doing anything today~ it's one of those rainy blah days...

was going to post pics and video of my little bit, but the laptop that was supposedly 'fixed' won't accept my camera. i'm not happy...

bryan went to the dr. this morning. he has bronchitis with a touch of pneumonia. the dr. put him on 2 pills and 2 inhalers. hopefully he starts feeling better soon.

noah has decided he doesn't want to nap during the day. yesterday he took 3 naps, for a TOTAL of an hour and a half. i see his eyes open in there right now in his swing, which means this nap lasted 15 minutes... but if it makes him sleep better at night then it's okay.

i have a prayer request...for my friend Crystal. her baby is due next week, a little girl, but she is breech. they're going to try to flip the baby, but if it doesn't work she has to have a c-section. this is her first, so please pray the baby flips on her own. thanks!

growing up

okay, so after an abandoned livejournal, xanga died, and a failed myspace, i'm giving this blog a try... perhaps because those are geared for a younger generation... except myspace...it takes too much effort to keep up with. i need to add more people to my blog friends than former students anyway! maybe i'm starting to grow up!

so my sweet baby boy turned 3 months on saturday. i dressed him in his ohio state outfit today and took him to bryan's school to get his school picture with his son, both sporting ohio state, complete witht the buckeye nut hat... yes, yes, gag me, but noah's his son too, so he's allowed.

well, i guess this is good enough for a first post. now i can explore this and get this one going. i wanted one where i could post pics and stuff of the baby for family to see, so on to figure this one out!
