Update on Ruby

Ruby has had a very busy few weeks! In the past month she has learned to clap, wave, high-five, shake her head no (and mean no), throw both hands up to show how big she is, drink through a straw, scream when happy, scream when not happy, scream to try and get her way, scream to tell on her brother, scream quite loudly... every scream is different and earpiercing too! yes, she's a girl. :)

But the real reason I wanted to update on Ruby is to thank everyone for their prayers! As of last night, her purple spots have started to go away!!! She still has a bunch on one leg, and a few on the other, but several have gone away and several more are starting to fade. This is VERY good news! It means her infection was only viral, and not dangerous to her heart. She will still be retested for ITP and Leukemia in 3 weeks, but this is the best news we could have right now! :) God is good in everything! :)
